Who we are. NeuroCare One is operated by 011GRPL Sensorial Therapy Ltd, Ireland (CRO 753603).

What we hold. The name, email address, age band and role you give us; your assessment answers and scores; posts and replies you write; therapist requests you send.

Why. To give you your results, to show the community to you, and to route a therapist request to a person who can answer it.

Children. An account for a child is created and held by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information entered. We do not advertise to children and we do not sell data.

Legal basis. Your consent at sign up, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account; and our legitimate interest in running the service.

How long. While your account is open. Delete the account and the assessments and posts go with it.

Who else sees it. Nobody is sold your data. Information stays on 011GRPL servers in the European Union.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, portability and complaint to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). Write to info@011grpl.com.

Not a diagnosis. Results are a screening indication to start a conversation with a qualified clinician. They are not a medical diagnosis and must not be used as one.
